Las Vegas, Nevada contributions 3 helpful votes. Love Aria, pre Covid shutdown. Now, still very good but different. Bars were closed and plexiglass at table games.

Understand they may shut this casino down again due to lack of demand and understandable. Sad what has become of Las Vegas.

Hopefully things get going again but seems highly unlikely right now given the restrictions and low air travel. Read more. Date of experience: July Helpful Share.

I had no luck gambling here! Date of experience: September Helotes, Texas 3 contributions. Great casino. We really enjoyed ourselves in this casino.

The waitresses were very attentive, lots of variety in the gaming. Very stylish decor. And nice eateries nearby. Alan P wrote a review Jan Duchesne, Utah contributions 30 helpful votes.

Beautiful ambiance. The casino inside the Aria is beauty at a new level. The atmosphere is amazing. It is beautiful. Can't wait to go back.

Los Angeles, California 14 contributions 5 helpful votes. Not my cup of tea. I set my phone back down on the desk and picked up the room as I do wherever I stay.

We were ready and headed down the elevator. Our room was literally 15 ft from the elevator. We got to the bottom and I realized my phone was still on the desk and I went right back upstairs to find housekeeping in the room already and my phone gone.

Why was housekeeping in a room that has not been vacated? Good question It took 2 days before I found out that I had to file a formal report with security, not a single aria employee I came In contact with on that morning told me that was their protocol.

Instead I was told that if the phone was found they would reach out to me. I was able to go ahead and file a report by phone two days later but apparently something was missing from the report and I can not get anyone from risk management to return my call.

While I filed a claim with my insurance carrier I was told they will not move forward until the aria completes their investigation, to which I can not get anyone to return my call so they can even start the investigation since something was missing from the initial report security took by phone.

I have now had no phone for two weeks. I would never again stay here, I would sleep in my car or a tent before I came back to this hotel.

Date of stay: August Trip type: Travelled with family. Helpful Share. Chris D wrote a review Aug. Not what I expected from a high-end hotel.

My wife and I stayed in a corner suite for four nights. The hotel room was mostly nice, but we ran into many issues during our recent stay. Our hotel room was very nice, with good technology such as electronically controlled curtains , but attention to detail was lacking.

For example, the cold-water faucet in the lavatory did not work, and there were many other minor issues. I was also very disappointed with restaurant choices and the food.

Most Las Vegas Strip nicer hotels such as the MGM Grand have a food court for quick eats, but the Aria only has higher-end restaurants, and most were closed or had very limited hours dinner only.

In addition, the food we did eat in the hotel was not close to being high quality. The casino was nice with lots of options, but the enforcement of people wearing masks was not acceptable.

There is no way I would return to the Aria, and I would definitely not recommend it to others. Date of stay: August Rooms. Brian wrote a review Aug.

New York City, New York 3 contributions 2 helpful votes. Aria has a five diamond rating from AAA, and upon entry, you immediately understand why.

It just feels so much more modern, airy and memorable than your typical hotel Vegas or otherwise. There aren't any real gimmicks here - the only theme is "stunning.

I did run into a few slight issues two lamps seemingly lost their connection to the tablet, plus the alarm was finicky , but it was ultimately amazingly convenient.

The standard room was incredible as well, with a comfortable bed, gorgeous sunlight, and just a nice, modern feel. If I had one complaint, it's that there's a lot of "wasted space.

You definitely feel like you're in a standard-sized hotel room - just a way prettier, more comfortable one. With amazing sunlight great for mood, but bad for Zoom calls.

I also ran into a quirk with housekeeping. They seemed to want to come as early as AM which is weird for anyone in Vegas, but specifically for me since I was working remotely from 6AM-2PM each day , and if you had the privacy light on when they first came, it was sometimes hard to signal that they should come later.

They had no problem coming at night if you called them the housekeeping rep was very friendly , but I'd prefer them defaulting to a later time - particularly for guests who aren't checking out that day.

The pool itself is weirdly ugly for a hotel look like this it's shaped just like your typical underground backyard pool - no infinity edges or beautiful fountains or anything , but there was ample seating and a nice vibe around the pool.

It did get crowded due to COVID restrictions on weekends, but it was instantly accessible during the week. The gym is extremely clean, modern and inviting.

It doesn't rival some other Vegas gyms in terms of strength options no barbells, no preloaded curl bars, no bench or squat rack - just a Smith and preacher curl with one EZ bar , but the vibe and equipment are extremely high quality.

The selectorized strength machines are all computerized products from Technogym, and the dumbbells up to had a great "feel" to them.

Definitely more than an enough for a great workout, but not quite on the Venetian level as far as replacing your gym back at home. I had a similar complaint in my Venetian review, and it's even more notable for Aria - the fast casual food options are atrocious here.

There's really only one consistent option - Burger Lounge - and the food is mediocre. I get that a hotel of this caliber probably isn't going to have a Nathan's or McDonald's, but if the similarly branded Cosmo can have a Hattie B's One of the joys of Vegas is getting to see all these restaurant franchises you can't always find back at home In-N-Out at the Linq, Giordano's at Bally's, etc Aria doesn't do that.

Luckily, it isn't too far a walk to the Cosmo - or to a food court across the strip with a pizza place, Taco Bell Cantina and a Panda Express. But still.

August 5th we took a trip to Vegas to celebrate my 50th birthday. We stayed at the Aria Hotel and it was fantastic!

Usually we stay at the Luxor but decided to do something different this time. First off the flight to Vegas was great on Southwest airlines. Most people had their own row!

We rented a car to limited the chances of coming in contact with the virus by getting in and out of Ubers. When we checked in at the Aria it was a mobile check in but unfortunately it didn't work and had to go to the front desk.

It worked out, they gave us a welcome package that had gloves, Masks, hand sanitizer and a stylus that can pull doors open and can be used for the elevator buttons and to push the buttons on the slot machines.

It came in very handy. Our room was gorgeous! For 2 nights we had a Mountain view from the 25th floor. And then we upgraded for the second 2 nights and got a Strip view from the 37th floor!

It was fabulous! We went Monday evening thru Friday morning. With that said, Tuesday thru Thurday was quite, not alot of people on the strip walking around or in other casinos so that was good but when we went Downtown it was crazy!

Way to many people with no mask and no distancing! We played a little, grabbed a quick bite and got out of there! That night we celebrated my birthday at the Wynn buffet and it was wonderful!

You pick from their 88 item menu and they bring it to you. So it's pretty safe! You can eat all 88 items if you want to!

I got stuck on all their shrimp items and I do recommend that! Can't wait to go back to stay at the adult only Circa casino downtown.

That opens in October. Overall we felt very safe and the casinos are doing a job cleaning and keeping their guest safe and comfortable.

Not only was it not delivered I had to call and it was locked away in the business center. I had to call her ruin the surprise completely and have her get her own surprise package.

During the whole experience from the operator to the front desk to the bell man there was no continuity between the departments. No one knew the procedure of the other department nor did they know what to do.

Coming from a hotel manager of 15 years of room hotels I would be completely embarrassed. Lack of professionalism and helpfulness. Thank you Aria for ruining what was suppose to be a big surprise then charging for it.

I just got back from Vegas for a week and stayed at the Mandalay Bay. The trip prior, I stayed at Aria. I went to the pool daily at Mandalay the entire first week of August.

There were no issues whatsoever getting a lounge chair any day I was there. Very few people in Vegas right now. Many resorts casinos on the are still closed and some may not even reopen.

Mandalay's Pool opened at 9am daily and I would say had a line up of only about people daily waiting to get in, and those were people that really wanted a specific chair by a specific pool.

You have to understand, Vegas is dead now. People are so afraid to travel unfortunately when it's been the safest it's ever been.

Temperature checks in the resort to check-in, temperature checks to board a plane, masks required everywhere you go.

I mean the chances of getting ill are essentially zero. The Strip is not crowded. Casinos are all relatively empty on the Strip.

Things start to pick up on Friday's but it's still not at all crowded.
